Energy Savings Assistance Program Guidelines

PG&E Sponsored Energy Upgrades for qualified families.

Participants must live in a house, mobile home or apartment that is at least five years old. Income must meet the following guidelines, which are the same as those for CARE, the California Alternative Rates for Energy Program.
