Huge Energy Savings for Small and Medium Sized Businesses at a Fraction of the Cost!

Salco assists small businesses, non-profits and government entities save energy and lower their utility bills through Energy Watch programs in all counties we serve.

The Energy Watch program is funded by California utility ratepayers and administered by Pacific Gas & Electric under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission through a contract awarded to Salco Better Energy.

We perform a no-cost, no-obligation assessment of your existing lighting and/or refrigeration systems.

Your project manager will discuss your goals and needs with you, then provide you with a report that shows how much money and energy you could save by upgrading to energy efficient equipment.

A rebate (also called an incentive) is provided to reduce the cost of your project. This incentive is shown as credit on your project proposal, limiting your out-of-pocket costs.

We then prove a competitive installation estimate and timeline to complete your project.

Your project manager will guide your project every step of the way. You don’t sign off on the retrofit until you are 100% satisfied.

Step 1:  No-Cost, No-Obligation Energy Analysis

What are your goals? Do you want to save money? Upgrade your lighting? Have more efficient refrigeration? Have more efficient HVAC systems?

A Salco project manager will schedule a no-cost, no-obligation energy analysis and prepare an Energy Cost Savings Recommendation report. This report shows existing and proposed equipment, potential energy savings, PG&E incentive, and project costs.

Your project manager will work with you to ensure you receive the maximum incentive available. They coordinate your project from start to finish, handling all paperwork and competitive bids.  Salco can apply the incentive directly to your project, lowering your out-of-pocket cost and eliminating the hassle of obtaining your rebate.

Step 2:  Installation

Our staff includes the very best project managers and installers to get you the best value for your project. The installation process is planned around your schedule in order to limit disruption at your business.

3.  Completion & Approval

Once your retrofit is complete, your project manager will meet with you and conduct a final walk-through to verify your satisfaction.  Salco inspects 100% of all projects to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
